Self-awareness cannot come entirely from inside. It is important to tap into reliable sources of feedback. The S.W.O.T. Yourself program combines the TAIS self-assessment instrument with one-on-one coaching to identify your strengths and limitations when under pressure – and develop strategies for personal success.
