At the heart of our S.W.O.T. Yourself and S.W.O.T. Team programs is a one-on-one coaching conversation between each participant and a S.W.O.T. coach based on insights from the participant's TAIS report. All of Performance Coaching's S.W.O.T. coaches are highly experienced TAIS consultants, with hundreds of hours of assessments to their credit.
PCI's Director of Training Peggy Baumgartner brings over 20 years of experience in sales, corporate training, and consulting to each TAIS coaching session.
